Mark J. Miller is Emma Smith Morris Professor of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Delaware, USA, for which he received the Francis X. Alison award in 2007. He has authored/co-authored six books as well as over one hundred articles, book chapters, monographs and reviews. Miller also served as the U.S. correspondent to SOPEMI (the OECD's group of migration experts) and has been a consultant to the U.S. Department of State, Labor and Justice, the ILO, and the UN. Miller has long served on the editorial board of the International Migration Review (Wiley).
