Learning resources

Welcome to the learning resources section. This page of the website features video interviews with HR practitioners and managers from a range of organizations. The practitioners address each of the questions in the Spotlight on skills features in the textbook, giving their perspective on the various issues outlined therein and providing some real-life examples from their own experience to provide you with some guidance. To maximise this resource, you should first attempt to answer the questions in the book for yourself and then watch the videos. The idea behind the Spotlight on skills video and text feature is to encourage you to develop your people management skills, giving you the opportunity to identify and diagnose real-world HR problems and develop possible solutions to overcome them.
