This resource site has been designed to provide support and extension activities for all users of this text whether lecturers organising their teaching around the book or students using it to help direct and reinforce their own learning.All areas of this site have free access for all users.
This site includes a glossary of terms used in the book and a timeline of key events plus, on a chapter by chapter basis, self-review questions, further reading and relevant web resources. Update materials (once available) can be accessed from a book-wide list or from the web page for each chapter to which they relate.
