About the authorsW. David Rees is formerly a Principal Lecturer at the University of Westminster Business School and currently works there part-time. He has extensive experience in management consultancy both in the U.K. and abroad in both the private and public sectors. He is also a member of the ACAS Panel of Independent Arbitrators. He worked in industry in Human Resource Management before joining the University of Westminster.
Dr. Christine Porter is Head of the Human Resource Management Academic Department at the University of Westminster Business School. She worked in industry and consultancy before joining the University and has undertaken many overseas assignments. Her Ed.D thesis was about the cross-cultural issues involved in teaching management.
