Key Criminology Titles from 2014
We've had a great year on the Criminology list at Palgrave Macmillan, including the signing of several new series, such asPalgrave Studies in Cybercrime and Cybersecurity and Palgrave Advances in Criminology and Criminal Justice in Asia, the publication of a number of exciting new titles, such as Realist Criminology by Roger Matthews, Disability Incarcerated by Liat Ben-Moshe, Chris Chapman, Allison C. Carey and Angela Y. Davis, and 'Honour' Killing and Violence by Aisha K. Gill, Carolyn Strange and Karl Roberts, and a new edition of the bestselling Handbook of Security. Our congratulations also go to Don Crewe, whose title Becoming Criminal was co-awarded the British Society of Criminology Book Prize. This follows previous successes such as Prisons, Punishment and the Pursuit of Security, which won the British Society of Criminology Book Award in 2013, and Globalization and Borders, which won the Australian and New Zealand Society of Criminology Christine M Alder Book Prize in 2013. Paperback versions of both these titles have just been released.
We'd like to continue this winning streak in 2015 so if you are considering publishing with us, please do download our 'Publishing with Palgrave Macmillan' information pack and get in touch with Mireille Yanow or Julia Willan.
