Important information on your ebook order
You will need to create an account on Vitalsource.com with the same email address and install Vitalsource Bookshelf software on your PC or reading device to access and download your e-book.
E-books have DRM protection on them, which means only the person who purchases and downloads the e-book can access it.

You should have received an advance copy and some further complimentary copies as per your contract, but you can also buy more copies with your author discount – just email your Editor and they will be happy to help!
If you have not received your complimentary copies, or are unsure when to expect them, please contact your Editorial Contact.
Please forward the request to your Marketing Manager or Editorial contact and they will take this forward with the publication.
Please send the names, email addresses, and contact details of people who you think are likely to advise their students to purchase your book to your Marketing Manager or Editorial Contact.
You can also direct any colleagues or interested lecturers to our website where they can easily request sample copies themselves from your book's product page.
Please include the name of the course and module on which they teach. Please note, we only offer a sample copy to individual academics where there is a strong likelihood of it being adopted as a course textbook. We will also contact anyone who recieves a sample copy asking for their feedback on the book.
Please inform your Editorial Contact of any changes or corrections as soon as they become apparent. They will then aim to update our database as soon as possible.
It can take 7 days for changes to appear on www.macmillanhe.com and up to 10 days for Amazon or other online retailers
